Our work consists of various manual modalities that utilize the body as a doorway to body-mind-spirit-emotion integration. A partnership in healing is created. Our role is that of facilitator. Through education and demonstration, your awareness of your physical body will be enhanced. Doorways will be opened to new possibilities of moving and thinking.  We integrate many modalities to meet the varying needs of our clients:

. Cranio-Sacral Therapy: A gentle non-invasive approach that works with the bones of the head, spine sacrum-coccyx, and the membrane system to facilitate healing.

. Visceral Manipulation: Palpation of the rhythmic motions of the internal organs to help the body's normal forces remove abnormal strain/restrictions.

. Myofascial Release: A form of stretching of the connective tissue (fascia) to release pain, tension, and physical traumas.

. Somato-Emotional Release: Ridding the body/mind of the effects of past injuries and negative experiences and emotions.
